One plan, €12 a month
Gravel has one plan, with everything included. It is in early access, so the way in today is the waitlist.
How much does Gravel cost?
Gravel costs €12 a month. There is one plan, with everything included, so there are no tiers to choose between and no features locked behind a higher price.
Gravel is in early access. Join the waitlist and you get one email when your spot opens. Nothing else.
What is included in the €12 a month?
Everything Gravel does is included in the one plan:
- Your choice of chat: Telegram or WhatsApp, with group chats on Telegram. iMessage is coming.
- Your mail and calendar: Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, GMX, WEB.DE, T-Online, freenet, mailbox.org, Posteo and other IMAP mailboxes, plus Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCloud Calendar and any CalDAV calendar. See integrations.
- Texts first: it notices what needs you, within quiet hours and a few messages a day, with a short morning brief for everything that can wait.
- One yes, and it's handled: it shows the exact plan, and one yes covers every step.
- Four autonomy levels for each kind of action: just do it, only when I ask, ask me first, or hand it to me. See autonomy levels.
- Memory you control: ask "what do you know about me?" and edit or delete anything.
- Drafts in your voice, sent from your own mailbox when you say send.
- Lists, notes and reminders, page and price watching, photos and PDFs, routines you describe, and apps over MCP like Notion, Todoist and Linear.
- An activity log, a pause switch and a data export.
For how these fit together, see how it works.
How do I get Gravel?
Join the waitlist. Gravel is in early access, and the waitlist is the way in today. When your spot opens, you get one email.
The only plan is €12 a month. There are no other plans, add-ons or tiers. Billing and notice terms are in the terms.
What does the €12 not cover?
The €12 covers Gravel. It does not cover what Gravel helps you buy or pay for, or the plans of the services you connect.
If something you ask for costs money, you pay the business, not Gravel. If you connect an app like Notion or Todoist, that app's own plan applies. Your mailbox and messaging app stay yours, under their own terms.
Gravel does not spend your money on its own. It proposes and you say yes. Payments, cancellations and deletions can never be set to run without you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays under your control. Export it first with a one-time link, and delete your account when you want everything gone.
- Export. Ask for your data and Gravel sends you a one-time link to download all of it.
- Delete. When you delete your account, Gravel destroys the key that encrypts your data, immediately. Every encrypted copy becomes unreadable, backups included. Gravel then deletes your records and revokes its access to your mailbox and calendar. Unencrypted technical metadata in backups is gone within 30 days.
- What stays. Payment records that the law requires Gravel to keep are the one exception.
Your chat history inside Telegram or WhatsApp is not in Gravel's hands. Delete it in the messaging app.
Details are in the privacy notice and on the security page.
