The small stuff, handled
Gravel is an AI assistant that lives in your texts. It keeps an eye on your inbox and calendar, and messages you first, before small things turn into big ones.
Texts you in WhatsApp or Telegram, with iMessage coming. Nothing to install.

Most assistants wait to be asked. Gravel doesn’t.
It keeps track of your inbox, your calendar and the small print of your week, and only texts you when something needs you. When it can take care of it, it asks once and does the rest.
It texts you first.
Gravel reads what comes in and tells you what matters, before you think to ask. No app to open, nothing to check.
One yes, and it’s handled.
Gravel tells you exactly what it will do. Say yes once and it takes care of every step, then lets you know it’s done.

Remembers you. Forgets on request.
Ask what it knows and you get a straight answer. Tell it to forget something and it’s gone for good.
Knows when to stay quiet.
Nothing urgent at night? It waits. Everything that can wait arrives as one short brief in the morning.

If it fits in a text, Gravel can take it.
Everything you already use, in one calm place.
Gravel reads your mail and calendars, read-only until you allow more, and texts you wherever you already chat.
Yours. Only yours.
An assistant that reads your email has to earn it. Gravel shows you everything it does, asks before it acts, and forgets on command.

Everything is encrypted with a key that's only yours. Delete your account and the key goes with it.
See everything it did
Every read, draft and send lands in your activity log, in plain words.
Forget anything
Ask what it knows, change it, or wipe it. One text is enough.
Pause with a text
Text “pause” and Gravel goes quiet until you say so.

Something else on your mind? Once you’re in, just ask Gravel. It’s a text away.
It reads your mail and calendar, notices what needs you, and texts you first: a meeting that moved, a bill that went up, a reply someone is waiting for. When you say yes, it takes care of it, like moving an appointment, sending a reply or setting a reminder, and tells you when it's done.
Only if you want it to. For each kind of action you pick one of four levels: just do it, only when I ask, ask me first, or hand it to me. It starts read-only and asks for more access the first time it needs it. Before it acts, it tells you exactly what it will do, and one yes covers the whole plan.
It reads Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and other IMAP mailboxes, plus Google, Outlook, iCloud and CalDAV calendars. It texts you on WhatsApp or Telegram, so there's nothing new to install, and iMessage is coming.
No. It keeps quiet hours (10 PM to 7:30 AM by default, in your time zone), sends at most a few unprompted messages a day and fewer if you ignore them, and saves anything that can wait for a short morning brief. Text “pause” and it stops all background work until you say so.
Your data is encrypted with a key that belongs to your account only, and it's hosted and processed in the EU. If a person ever has to look, for example because you asked support for help, it's written to your activity log before they can.
Yes. Ask “what do you know about me?” and change or remove anything. You can export all your data with a one-time link, and when you delete your account, your key is destroyed, so nothing that's left can be read.
